At L’Honnete , we work alongside trusted carriers like DHL and many more around the globe to provide both USA, Europe & International shipping services. We always do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped from Borås, Sweden. You can calculate the shipping cost at checkout.

Duties

US, EU – all taxes and import duties are included in the final price.

Returns & Exchanges

Estimated time of delivery for custom-made products, 4-6 weeks

If you are not completely happy with the received product, please send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund. Please also email us at info@lhonnete.com or use the contact form to inform us. 
Please, remember you cannot return a customized product. For further information see our policy paragraph 6 and 7.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Warranty

All of our products are fully guaranteed by the manufacturer for two years to the original purchaser. The manufacturer’s warranty covers replacement of defective parts or defective made product.
